The Shaman's Path:
An Introduction Part 1: Journeys to the Lower World
This course is designed to give you
an introduction to the methods of shamanic healing. Aided by drumming
and movement, you will journey to the shamanic realms of
consciousness to discover methods of healing and problem solving for
yourself, your community and the planet. Meet and work with
your power animals and spiritual teachers. Ample time is allowed for
practice, discussion of experiences and problem solving.

(Note: You may bring a drum or a rattle to to this workshop, if
you have one. These items may also be purchased at the workshop.
Bring a notebook or journal to record your experiences, a bandana to cover
your eyes and wear comfortable clothing. Bring adequate pillows and or
blankets to be comfortable in laying on the floor. If you cannot lay on the
floor, the exercises may also be done sitting in a chair.)
