Hi Mike. I really wanted to take this
opportunity to say thank you. When I met you 2-1/2 years ago, I was
going through such a rough time . . . a lot of stress, insecurities and issues .
. . but your positive attitude really helped me. Everything
has changed so much since you were able to guide me and teach me how to work
with the stress and different situations through Reiki, Quantum Touch and EFT.
Mike, your dedication and passion for what you are doing are amazing.
I'm so touched by the way that you always have time to listen and are always
here for me. Now, 2-1/2 years later, I don't have a big crisis and I
have the capability of stepping back out of the situation and seeing the pros
and cons. I control my thoughts, my thoughts do not control me anymore.
I'm very proud of all the things I've accomplished, thanks to you. I have
the ability to enjoy life and live it to the fullest. God bless you

March 2007 I was drowning in a sea of
anxiety, depression, and frazzled nerves. On a scale of one to ten,
I was functioning on a level two… just managing to accomplish what
demanded my attention on a daily basis. My dreams were shot, my
stomach stayed in knots, and pretty much everything in life brought
me high anxiety.
Two of the practitioners here met and
counseled with me. At the end of the session one of them presented
me with a large spiral notebook. My assignment, she told me, was to
spend time each evening at bedtime with soft, soothing music, a lit
scented candle, a cup of herbal tea and to “journal”. I was to make
a list of stressful, anxiety promoting events from my day. These
stress inducers were to then be “released” to the universe. Then I
was to follow up with a list of pleasant events, dreams, goals,
items I found humorous or endearing, and store these thoughts in my
heart to “keep”.
I was diligent in my assignment as I
was desperate to feel more like myself again. I started strong, and
slowly tapered off as I felt better… but in the meantime… I began
learning about energy medicine, Emotional Freedom Techniques,
meditation, and homeopathic treatments.
Now, 18 months later, I am doing great
and am so grateful for the doors that have been opened to me, and it
all began with journaling to help relieve my stress and anxieties.
